Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the wig back in its original hair net and box, ensuring all accessories and promotional inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our specialists will inspect the wig for hygiene standards within 5 business days, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
